'Le Sommelier' Club is the wine club of St.Joseph's Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pala, Kottayam dist., Kerala.
Objectives of the club
- To facilitate and enhance the careers of the club members in F&B industry by conducting theory and practical classes
- To expand leadership potential, organizing aptitude and communication skills of the members
- To conduct seminars and workshops which will improve the F&B knowledge of students
- To think and learn in a creative manner thereby expanding the boundaries of transformative learning.
